Nadim Elias born in Cairo in 1951 is the grandson of Elias Anton Elias, author of the Elias Modern Dictionary and founder of the Elias Modern Press in 1913.
Nadim Elias earned numerous degrees in the fields of printing and business administration after graduating from the American University in Cairo in 1976 with a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering. Carrying on the family business, Nadim joined Elias Modern Publishing in 1978 and turned Elias Modern Press into a state-of-the-art printing plant that catered to the Egyptian market. Omar Abdellatif serves as the Agricultural and Trade Advisor at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Egypt, representing the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature. Ahmed Rezk began his professional career in 2004 as an Economic Researcher at the Centre for Economic and Financial Research and Studies (CEFRS), following his graduation from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University. He later transitioned to the Industrial Modernization Centre (IMC), where he served as an Industry Development Expert. Subsequently, he was appointed Manager of the National Policy Support Unit at IMC. Rezk advanced his career by taking on the role of Deputy CEO for Policy and International Cooperation at the Export Development Authority. In 2018, he joined the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as the National Programme Officer at the Regional Hub Office in Egypt. By 2022, he was promoted to Deputy Regional Representative at the same office. Currently, Rezk is the Country Director of the UN-Habitat Programme in Egypt since June 2024. Ahmed Rezk holds a Master’s degree in Euro Mediterranean Studies from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University, and an Advanced Certificate in International Trade from the UK Institute of Export. Mr. El Wakil is the GM of international trade at Mansour Group and brings 30 years of experience in the F&B industry to the table.

He started his career in 1994 as an export manager and since then he participated and exhibited in more than 200 international food exhibitions. Omar Abdellatif serves as the Agricultural and Trade Advisor at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Egypt, representing the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature. He advises on agricultural policy and trade relations, facilitating collaborations between Dutch and Egyptian entities to improve Egypt's agri-food system. With 15 years of experience working with organizations such as USAID, UNDP, the EU Delegation, German and Dutch Government. Mr. Abdellatif has a proven track record in sustainable agriculture, rural development policy, and agribusiness. He has overseen programs totaling over $50 million, impacting farmers, communities, and the environment.
